The Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (“CMA”) is responsible for
planning, programming, and coordination of federal, state, and regional funds
for transportation projects within Alameda County. Over the last few years, CMA
has partnered with other state and local agencies and taken on additional
responsibilities in the delivery of projects. In an effort to increase
awareness of CMA and its projects and to encourage participation, CMA has
developed the Contractor Outreach Program.
CMA is committed to equal opportunity. We encourage small, local and
disadvantaged business enterprises to participate in our contracting process.
The Contractor Outreach Program actively pursues contracting, subcontracting,
and procurement opportunities for small, local and disadvantaged business
enterprises. The program is firmly committed to providing equal employment and
business opportunities for all persons regardless of race, color, religion,
sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation and other protected classes.
Bidders are required not to discriminate when soliciting for and committing to
subcontractors, sub-consultants, and suppliers.
Request for Proposals/Bid Notices to Contractors:
ACCMA advertises construction contracts in the CMA web site,
