REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN SERVICES SOUNDWALL PROJECTS
IN ALAMEDA COUNTY (RFP A06-003)
The Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) is seeking proposals for
consultant assistance to perform engineering design services as necessary to complete
the construction contract documents (PS&E) for the I-580/14th Ave. to Ardley
Ave. and I-580/Estudillo Ave. to 141st Ave. soundwall projects in the Cities of
Oakland and San Leandro, County of Alameda.
The ACCMA is holding a pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 2:00
p.m. in the ACCMA conference room at 1333 Broadway, Suite 220, Oakland, CA 94612.
All proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) on Monday, February 27, 2006.

Public Outreach Presentation
The Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) will seek professional services
early in 2005 for project development, design and outreach activities for capital
improvements on state highways owned and operated by Caltrans. ACCMA will solicit
proposals for projects in the I-580, Route 84 and I-880 corridors, and at the I-580/I-680
interchange. The resultant contract values are expected to range from $1 million
to $6 million. The ACCMA is hosting an open house for interested prime consultants
and subconsultants. Requests for proposals for individual projects and to establish
a list of qualified consultant teams for subsequent projects will be advertised
in January 2005. Please visit the CMA website at www.accma.ca.gov, for additional
information. The open house is scheduled for the following time and location:
